This is a pretty good one; 'especially good with the losing of his memory. I'm waiting on another chapter too.

 

This has been on my alert list for some time now. Hope he updates before I forget what it is about, thats when I drop fics.

 

Well, since everyone is giving it high praises, I'll definitely give it a read.

I think it's inspired by the momento movie. Pretty good, and I like how harry planned everything but just don't remember it now...

it would suck if Dumbledore happen to be the ultimate puppetmaster at the very end though.

 

It's pretty much well done and well thought out so I can't really say anything wrong about it. I hope our dear author updates soon.

 

Oh yeh i liked this story, good Azkaban Harry fic. Enjoyed the action scene's and i like the portrayal of ol' Dumbles has him how it should be with the amount of untrustworthiness! The mind magic i would class as original i know i've never seen it before. Bit less of the Mudblood and weasel, and the only thing im hating is that it's going to be Harry/Ginslut.

 

Just read it. It had a lot potential at start, with that whole 'Memento' twist, but it partially lost its appeal once it started turning into standard H/G + R/Hr summer story. The author is simply dragging it out too much. She should concetrate more on the whole Azkaban/memory loss aspect and less on standard romance/friendship crap.

 

Absolutely. That is one of the reasons that many fics get ruined. The author temporarily forgets about the main plot and concentrates on romance.

Yeah, I started loosing interest soon after the plot was somewhat relegated to the background. It was as if the movement of the story changed to make room for the romance, kind of like a shoving motion that got be disoriented.

Too bad though because it was quite interesting to start with.

This fic started out promising. It has a few very unique ideas.

However, I quickly got tired of all the re-bonding with friends and the blushing everytime he looks at Ginny. I badly wanted him to throttle Herman at several poiints of the fic when she was getting too tiresome.

Also, I wished he would get on with the fic. The mid chapters get a bit boring. I personally thought Harry would be very eager to reclaim the pensieve and figure out just what the heck was going on. That obviously didnt happen and the readers were subjected to several chapters where he meets Tonks, Lupin, Made-eye and is pranked by the Weasley twins, etc. Also the whole part where Ron, Hermione and the rest are showing him memories in the pensieve is boring. Maybe its necessary, I'm not saying its not. But I for one skipped it over.

Lastly, I was highly irritated to find that the last chapter of the fic was posted more than 8 months ago. I figure that maybe the fic is abandoned. If so it broke off just as things were getting interesting again.

I do think that this author has talent. It shines through at several instances during the fic and the overall plotting. But for me it was a wasted few hours.
